This is a list of places I’ve eaten at and where I want to go. Most have been star stamped and sealed by the New York Times or Guide Michelin (number of stars are noted). Some are hidden gems, usually small little eateries, elbow-to-elbow places, tucked in the boroughs of New York City. And many are known for their behemoth celebrity chefs or are simply NYC gustatory institutions.
